Compass Asia offers retreats and debriefings for Christian global workers. If you are on this page, you have already been approved and are ready to confirm your place. Here is how to do that.

Why Spots Fill Quickly
This is not a large conference or general retreat where you are one of many. Every participant is paired with their own dedicated, trained debriefer — someone who listens to your story and walks personally with you throughout the five-day process.
That level of care means we intentionally keep our retreats small. We can only accept as many participants as we have trained debriefers available. This is part of what makes the experience so personal and meaningful.
Because of this, retreats often fill months in advance and we regularly maintain a waitlist. Your approved place is secured once your deposit is received, so we encourage you to submit your deposit promptly.

Your spot is not secured until payment is received. For retreat participants, please submit your deposit within 7 days of approval to hold your place. If payment is not received within that window, your spot may be offered to the next person on our waitlist.
For in-person or online debriefing, please submit your payment so we can block those calendar dates specifically for you.
