Compass Asia offers restorative retreats and guided debriefings for Christian global workers. If you are on this page, you have already been approved and are ready to confirm your place. Here is how to do that.

Why Spots Fill Quickly
This is not a large conference or a general retreat where you are one of many. Every person who comes to an Exchange at the Cross debriefing retreat is assigned their own dedicated, trained debriefer — someone who sits with you, listens to your story, and walks with you personally through every day of the five-day process.
That level of care requires that we keep our retreats small. We can only accept as many participants as we have trained debriefers available. This is not a limitation we can simply work around — it is the very thing that makes this experience what it is.
Because of this, our retreats fill quickly — often months in advance. We regularly maintain a waitlist, and applicants who delay frequently find themselves waiting an additional season before a spot becomes available.

Your spot is not secured until your deposit is received. Submit your deposit within 7 days of receiving your approval to hold your place. If payment is not received within that window, your spot may be offered to the next applicant on our waitlist.
To keep things simple, all approved applicants submit the same deposit amount — whether you are joining us for an in-person retreat, in-person sessions only, or online debriefing. Your deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward your total balance.

Your balance is due 30 days before your retreat or debriefing begins. You will hear from us personally as that date approaches. If you need to discuss financial assistance before then, please reach out — we don't want cost to stand between you and this time of care.
