Inner Healing

Inner healing is a prayerful, Spirit-led process where we invite Jesus into places of emotional pain, confusion, or spiritual wounding. This is a ministry of truth, restoration, and discipleship. It’s about bringing broken or hidden parts of our story into the light and allowing the Holy Spirit to reveal lies we may have believed—about ourselves, others, or even God—so they can be replaced with His truth.

As we open these areas to God, He brings comfort, correction, and freedom, often in ways we could not reach on our own. Inner healing helps us understand how past experiences may still be shaping us today, and offers a path toward peace, clarity, and deeper intimacy with Christ.

This ministry is offered specifically to Christian global workers who have already completed a debriefing. The reason for that is simple, and we explain it below.

What is Inner Healing?

Sessions are led by trained prayer ministers in a safe, confidential setting, and typically run a couple of hours. Through listening prayer, you'll be guided to reflect on areas where Jesus may want to bring healing, often something that surfaced in your debriefing and has stayed with you. This could include emotional wounds, forgiveness, unhealthy patterns, or spiritual confusion.

Together you will ask the Holy Spirit to show what is true, where a lie took hold, and what He wants to say into that place. Each session is a time of invitation, where the Lord gently leads and restores what has been lost or broken.

You remain in control throughout. Nothing is forced, and you are free to stop at any point. Afterward, we will check in with you.

What to expect

Who It’s For

Inner healing prayer ministry is for Christian global workers who have completed a debriefing and sense there is still something unresolved.

It is often the right next step if something surfaced in your debriefing that you know you have not finished with, or if you understand your story now but something in it still carries weight. Some people find they keep returning to the same pattern, fear, or reaction and cannot reason their way out of it. Others believe something about themselves, or about God, that they know does not line up with Scripture but still feels true. Sometimes it is grief, betrayal, or an experience on the field that has stayed with them.

You do not need to be in crisis, and you do not need to arrive with the right words. You need to have done the work of debriefing first, and to be willing to let the Lord lead.

If you are in acute crisis, or working through complex trauma or a diagnosed mental health condition, inner healing prayer is not a substitute for clinical care. Please begin with a qualified counselor. Contact us if you would like help finding a referral.
