Our Story
Why Compass Asia Was Born
After spending 25 years on the field in India and Malaysia, I witnessed the quiet pain so many Christian global workers carry—burnout, betrayal, trauma, even spiritual abuse. I’ve lived through some of it myself. And I’ve sat with others who didn’t know where to turn, afraid that being honest might cost them their place in ministry.
Compass Asia was officially incorporated in 2024, but its vision was born long before—out of my own journey through pain, prayer, and a deep longing to offer the kind of care I once needed but never had. It wasn’t launched because I had all the answers, but because I knew global workers needed a safe place—a place where they don’t have to pretend they’re okay. A place to rest, process, and reconnect with God—without fear or shame.
Through my own healing journey, I’ve come to believe that true transformation doesn’t happen in isolation or performance—it happens in safe, grace-filled spaces where we’re allowed to slow down, be honest, and let God do the deep work.
If you’re on the field, supporting from home, or just beginning to face some hard things in your own story, we would love to walk alongside you. There is still hope. God is not finished writing your story.
