Compass Guest House is a peaceful, fully furnished space in Penang, Malaysia, created to serve Christian global workers needing space to rest, reflect, and reconnect. With sweeping sea views, a full kitchen, library, balcony, and cozy shared spaces, it’s designed to feel like home.

The suggested donation amounts are carefully calculated to help cover the actual costs of rent, utilities, and upkeep—we do not seek to make a profit. Each stay includes basic cleaning before arrival. Weekly cleanings are provided for longer stays, and additional cleaning can be arranged for a small fee.

Selah Room

A master bedroom offering a spacious retreat with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, large windows, and a private bathroom with a bathtub. It’s a quiet place to pause and breathe deeply—perfect for individuals or couples in need of extended rest.

Harbor Room

A bright, peaceful room with a king-size bed, balcony access, and an attached private bath. Ideal for those looking for a simple, refreshing space to reset and find clarity.

Book the Entire Guest House

If you’re traveling with a team, family, or simply prefer complete privacy, you can request to book the entire Compass Guest House. This includes both the Selah Room and the Harbor Room, along with full access to the kitchen, living room, library, and balcony. A great option for debriefing retreats, family visits, or focused time away.

Please note: Full-house bookings are only accepted when both rooms are available for the requested dates.

EXCHANGE AT THE CROSS DEBRIEFING RETREAT

The Exchange at the Cross Debriefing Retreat is a guided process that helps Christian global workers reflect on their experiences, release burdens at the cross, and receive renewed perspective and hope in Christ. Available for both individuals and couples.
