Le Rucher Debriefing Training
Compass Asia partners with Le Rucher to host official Exchange at the Cross™ Debriefing Trainings. These trainings equip caregivers and ministry leaders with the tools to walk alongside Christian global workers in healthy, redemptive ways.
Our January 2026 training is currently full but we are always planning upcoming trainings, and as soon as we have enough interest, we will arrange the next one. Please complete the form below so we can keep your information on file and contact you when future trainings are scheduled.
About the Le Rucher Model
The Le Rucher Exchange at the Cross™ model is a Christian, Biblically-based approach rooted in Jesus’ encounter with the disciples on the road to Emmaus. Unlike traditional single-session debriefing methods, this model uses a comprehensive five-day process that creates sacred space for people to process their cross-cultural journey with God. Participants often experience deep healing and transformation that strengthens both their faith and their calling.
Prerequisites – Important!
Before attending this training, you must first experience a Le Rucher debrief for yourself.
Those who have been debriefed personally are better prepared to understand not just the principles of why this model works, but also the tools of how to lead others through it.
If you have not yet received a Le Rucher debrief, we can help connect you with a certified debriefer, even if online. Experiencing the process firsthand is the best way to prepare for this training.
Path to Certification
Completion of this training is the first step toward becoming a certified Le Rucher debriefer. If you are interested in pursuing certification and follow-up coaching after the training, please indicate that on your registration form.
The cost of the training is $1,100 for the full five days. This includes all training sessions, lunch, and breaks each day. Accommodation is not included. However, we have guest houses in the area — including our own Compass Guest House— and we would be happy to help you arrange lodging if needed.
